Spie Tool Co. was founded in 1976 by Mitch Khoshaba, whose extensive industry experience and entrepreneurial spirit led him to create his own family business. Starting with a small team of four employees and a handful of manual machines, the company embarked on a journey of growth and innovation. After Mitch's passing in 1980, his wife Mabel and children—David, Dorothy, and Daniel—took the helm, and under their leadership, the company expanded significantly. By 1988, Spie Tool had grown to over 20 employees and earned prestigious vendor awards for quality from companies like Caterpillar, General Electric, and Ford Motor Company.
